As a founding member and co-owner of Legend Companies, Matt Lind has played crucial role in quickly growing the firm from a small startup mechanical contractor to a respected and sought-after industry leader in the construction and mechanical services marketplace. Utilizing his background in business management, HVAC design, and business development, Matt has provided Legend Companies with the leadership and guidance required to navigate the path toward growth, success, and opportunity for his team. With Matt assuming a key leadership role in sales and business development, Legend Companies has redefined what it means to be a mechanical contractor while continually focusing on providing unparalleled value-added service, repair, and construction solutions to their industry partners and clients. Throughout his career, Matt has always strived to provide dynamic and innovative solutions while developing and maintaining strategic accounts and clients, both during his early years in the industry, where he first met -and worked for- his current business partner and trusted colleague, Marc Thiery, and throughout his tenure at various large design/build firms where he spent several years developing his systems design and engineering background. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in Business Management, Matt and his wife Erin currently reside in Prior Lake, MN, where Matt was born and raised and where they met as teenagers.  Matt stays involved in the local community and volunteers his time with the Jordan, MN youth athletic programs, where his boys Jacob and Taylor attend school.  Away from business, Matt enjoys snowmobiling in the Wyoming backcountry, watching his boys compete in athletics, and supporting his professional hometown sports teams.
